After graduating from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in 2001, Eugene and his business partner took the road less traveled and formed a retail company in Baltimore, Maryland that went on to open 6 locations during his tenure along with employing close to 50 employees. While most of his colleagues went to Wall Street to start their finance careers, Eugene honed his business management skills by overseeing all financial and tax-related duties for his company.
After selling the company in 2008, he moved to Los Angeles shortly thereafter to begin his career in the music industry. While working at a top-tier management firm in Los Angeles, he was introduced to Phil Sarna at PS Business Management through another prominent business manager. In 2010, Eugene successfully transitioned into business management after accepting a position with PSBM in New York City. He quickly excelled as an accountant and business manager and developed his own clientele.
Eugene has always maintained a balanced client base, comprised of performing musicians (both domestic and foreign), music producers, a prominent record label along with its associated music festivals, and music-centric service based companies. His early years of experience at his own company provided invaluable expertise and know-how for properly structuring and managing his clients’ various businesses. He has developed and fostered fundamental relationships within the entertainment industry that have been crucial to benefiting his clients and other PSBM clients. Eugene is based out of our Los Angeles office.
